I have a friend that wants to take them, but I want her to know everything about them, like if they have side effects or anything.

Step back and THINK. These things have been on the market for years. If they really worked, the plastic surgery business for breast enlargement would be all but gone by now. Is it? No. That should tell you something.
If they really worked, millions of women everywhere would be walking around sporting great big boobs. Are they? No. That should tell you something.
This stuff is a SHAM. Tell your friend to forget it. Save her money. I can tell you one side effect it will have. It will empty her wallet.
And BTW, there's a reason all those products call themselves "breast enhancement" not "breast enlargement". It is so they have a legal "out" when you see they don't work. They can always claim they didn't openly promise that your breasts would be "enlarged", that they would only be "enhanced" which can mean anything.
